UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If we get the item returned because it was undeliverable we will contact you via email and assess how to deliver the item to you. If the item was undeliverable due to an issue in delivery address ( such as incorrect details provided) or was not collected from the collection office, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs, or issue a refund for the purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address is correct which includes the complete door number, street name and postcode. We do not hold liability for parcel delivered to addresses incorrectly stated on the order. A collection from the wrong address stated on the order has to be arranged by the customer as we are no longer in possession of the parcel. Incorrect address issues may result in order to be shipped later than we would plan.

If you have not received your order within delivery frames, please get in touch by emailing us your details to avoid items to be lost or sent back to us.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

Full shipping details, including the full total amount, will be given to you at the checkout before the order is confirmed. You hold the right to leave the order stage at this time before the order goes through.

Shipping costs may wary depending on the size and weight and might be subject to change.

DELIVERY CHARGES MAY VARY DURING PROMOTIONS.

 

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE WITH ME?

We know that the wait is the hard part ,therefore we work hard to dispatch your order within 5 working days.During busy periods we might take up to 7 days to dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it should reach you within these time frames:

UK: 3-5 working days once shipped

IRELAND: 10 working days once shipped

EUROPE: up to 15 working days once shipped

USA and CANADA: 20 working days once shipped

REST OF THE WORLD: up to 25 working days once shipped.

As we are EU located, all orders that are going outside EU might be subject to being held at customs, please be aware of this.

RETURNS

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS AS ONCE YOU HAVE ORDERED, WE MAKE THE ITEM FOR YOU. IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THE SIZE, YOU SHOULD GET IN TOUCH PRIOR TO ORDERING.

Due to Hygiene regulations we do not accept returns for any underwear items.Please choose your items carefully and get in touch with us if you require help choosing.

We do not accept returns on gift cards at this time.

 

 

 

SENDING ITEMS BACK TO US

 

When sending item back to us, remember that it is you, the customer, who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it at our end. Always save your shipment slip and use tracked service. If you are in possession of the goods, you must retain and take reasonable care of them. The goods must be sent back to us in good condition, in their original packaging and well packaged to avoid damages.

 

 It can take up to 14 working days for a return to come to us and be processed, for international orders please allow 20 working days. Once we receive your return, you will be informed by email. You will receive refund for the product purchased, minus the shipping costs incurred by us when sending the item to you.

 

Return postage is paid by the sender and is not refundable. We do not take responsibility for items that are sent back without a tracking number.
